Margaurette Walsh is a Certified Physician Assistant with a passion for whole-body wellness and transformative patient care. She earned her Master’s in Health Sciences from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2007 and began her career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, specializing in trauma emergency care, surgical oncology, and bariatric procedures.

In 2013, she transitioned to outpatient family medicine in Texas, where she recognized a major gap in healthcare—patients needed more than quick fixes or medications; they needed comprehensive, root-cause solutions. With expertise in advanced bloodwork analysis and hormone optimization, she helps patients achieve true metabolic health and vitality.

Her approach blends functional medicine with a concierge touch—offering personalized, accessible, and affordable care. She focuses on optimizing hormones, improving metabolic health, and guiding patients toward sustainable, long-term wellness.

Beyond medicine, Margaurette is a devoted wife and mom, balancing the chaos of family life while enjoying pickleball, reading, outdoor adventures, and traveling. She believes that health is the foundation of a full, meaningful life—and she’s here to help her patients build theirs.
